Refund policy

Our Refund Policy

At Kindling Play and Training, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our courses often have limited spaces, so we require a £50 deposit to secure your place. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Deposit Policy
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your place and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

Full Course Fees
The remaining balance will be invoiced seperately (this will be sent via Xero, so please check your spam folders if it doesn't arrive).

If full payment is not received by the deadline on the invoice, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list, and your deposit will be retained. Please do get in touch if you are concerned that you cannot make payments on time as we can offer a range of options.

Cancellations
If Kindling Play and Training cancels a course, you will receive a refund, including your £50 deposit.

If you cancel your place:
If you cancel your place on the course prior to the course starting, we will refund your fee, minus your £50 non-refundable deposit.
If you do not show up on the date of your course you will not be entitled to a refund as this place could have been given to someone on our waiting lists.

Transferring Your Booking
We may be able to transfer your booking to another course date if you notify us at least 28 days in advance. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you experience unexpected or serious issues, please contact us as soon as possible. While the deposit remains non-refundable, we’ll always do our best to be fair and supportive.
