Kinection Baby and Kids

Kinection Baby and Kids offers classes in and around Farnham. These classes are for a parent and baby or child to participate in together.

Baby Massage is for babies from 8 weeks to crawling. It has so many benefits with nurturing touch being the first and foremost, increasing your bond. It can also help with relief from tummy and wind pain, stimulate brain and overall development. Baby Massage is a time for you and your baby to enjoy together, to relax and get to know each other and to encourage instinctive parenting.

Baby Yoga is for babies from 8 weeks. The focus of Baby Yoga is baby's balance, body awareness and movement through stretches and songs. There are also some yoga inspired stretches to help rebuild core strength and aid postnatal recovery.

Little Yogi and Me is a weekly themed yoga class for pre-school children (2.5 to 4 years) where we do some breathing exercises, play some fun yoga games, do a craft, and have a cuddle and a story to finish.
