What to wear & bring:
Warm, comfortable clothing (layers are recommended)
You may wish to bring a jumper or cosy socks
Please note:
Shoes will be removed at the door
Please avoid wearing contact lenses
Avoid heavy eye make-up, as eye masks may be used
Let me know before arrival if you have any sensitivities to scents or oils
