KOSA YOGA F2F Adult Classes

Welcome to KOSA YOGA, run by Diane Christopherson - a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher based in Dunbar, East Lothian. Diane runs classes at the Belhaven Surf Centre, Dunbar and at Cockburnspath Village Hall (starting 28th June 2022). Both locations offer warm and comfortable practice spaces with underfloor heating! Diane also teaches kids yoga classes through Active Schools Dunbar. When not teaching yoga Diane is a mum to 3 energetic kids, wife of surf mad Sam and the director of Wilder Outdoor Education (www.wilderoutdooreducation.co.uk).
