Classes with Kristen

Kristen is from Glasgow, Scotland and is a Royal Ballet School trained professional dancer & internationally renowned teacher, coach & rehearsal director with over 16 years of experience in the industry. She is an accredited ballet teacher with an RBS PDTC teaching diploma (distinction), accredited mindfulness & meditation teacher, holds a BSc (Hons) psychology degree and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
Her performance highlights include 8 years with Birmingham Royal Ballet, the lead role in An American in Paris musical (original West End cast, Asia & Paris tours) and film stunt double for Natalie Portman.
Kristen has taught and rehearsed world class dancers having worked with The Royal Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Bayerisches Staatsballett, Joffrey Ballet, The Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet School, Elmhurst Ballet School and many more.
Kristen's approach is positive and holistic, recognising the importance of nurturing the mind and body in your classes and training.
