Refund policy

To postpone, cancel or transfer a place on an open course, you must send your request in writing to online@ksl-training.co.uk

Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. If you cancel or change the date of your place on one of our public courses a fee is payable as follows:

  • More than 12 weeks: No cancellation fee applies
  • Between 8-12 weeks: 25% cancellation fee
  • Between 4-8 weeks: 50% cancellation fee
  • Between 2 and 4 weeks: 75% cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 weeks: 100% cancellation fee

You can substitute another participant at no extra charge.

KSL Consulting Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability. In the event of a cancellation, where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course can be refunded in full. KSL Consulting Ltd are not liable for any travel and accommodation costs. Whilst every effort will be made to avoid resource changes, KSL Consulting Ltd reserve the right to amend or replace any prenamed trainer scheduled to deliver a specific course.
