K TICKLE FITNESS - MUMMA REBUILD

K TICKLE FITNESS provides you with the encouragement, tools and knowledge you need to reach your goals, whether it is to tone up, improve your posture, lose weight, stay fit during pregnancy or run your first 5 km.

As a new mother myself, I am excited to launch MUMMA REBUILD. This is a 45 minute class aimed at rebuilding the strength and fitness of new mums, allowing you to train in a relaxed and safe environment and have the chance to meet other new mums in the area - babies are welcome too!

From 18th July, join us every Monday at 10am at St Barnabus Church Hall in Tunbridge Wells.
