K TICKLE FITNESS - MUMMA REBUILD

K TICKLE FITNESS provides you with the encouragement, tools and knowledge you need to reach your goals, whether it is to tone up, improve your posture, lose weight, stay fit during pregnancy or run your first 5 km.

MUMMA REBUILD is a 45 minute class aimed at rebuilding the strength and fitness of new mums, allowing you to train in a relaxed and safe environment and have the chance to meet other new mums in the area - babies are welcome too!

I am excited to announce the launch of my new class MUMMA REBUILD BOOTCAMP - this will be an outdoor exercise class but will include all the benefits of MUMMA REBUILD as well as an opportunity to get some fresh air and vitamin D this summer!

Join us every Monday at 10am at St Barnabas Church Hall in Tunbridge Wells and from 14th July, join us every Friday at Dunloran Park in Tunbridge Wells.
