• Sound Immersion by Mischa & Owen - A musical duo of authenticity, blending handpan and crystal sound bowls to harmonise body and soul. A journey into stillness and presence through melodic rhythms and soothing vibrations✨
This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and step consciously into the energy of spring—renewed, nourished, and inspired.

Please bring your own mat
Parking;
Park on the public lay-by on Whins Lane
It is important you arrive no earlier than 10 mins before the start of your class, this allows teachers to prepare and clean the Studio.
When arriving, please remove shoes at the door as our Studio floor is cleaned and sanitised before each class.
Please leave all your belongings in the cloakroom. It is important you put your phone and smart watch on silent and leave in the cloakroom as they are not allowed in the studio.
The studio is a time and place for you to connect to your practice.
