Pilates is a brilliant way to reconnect with your body, build strength and improve your flexibility.

Why Larsson Pilates?

  • Everyone receives a friendly welcome and will join a motivated group

Bookings are primarily offered on a block booking basis (a half-term of consecutive weekly classes). I would strongly recommend regular attendance to maximise your benefits from attending the classes. Making a block booking also saves you money on every class!

Classes routinely run term time only.
Please note block bookings are non-transferable. The classes are set over a specific block of weeks to encourage consistency and promote progression.
Pay as you go bookings can be cancelled and refunded if at least 24 hours notice is given.

One to one sessions are available on request.
