Welcome to Laura Kay Fitness! We offer high-energy, inclusive fitness classes designed to help you build strength, boost confidence, and feel amazing β no matter your fitness level.
ποΈ Class Types
We offer a variety of sessions including:
HIIT (30 mins) β Quick, intense, and effective!
Bootcamp (30β45 mins) β Full-body conditioning with a mix of cardio and strength
Boxing (45 mins) β High-energy, non-contact sessions to punch out stress
Strength (45β60 mins) β Build lean muscle and improve endurance
All sessions are beginner-friendly with modifications available.
π° Pricing Options
Single Session: Β£7.50
5-Class Pass: Β£35 (valid 6 weeks)
10-Class Pass: Β£65 (valid 10 weeks)
Monthly Unlimited Membership: Β£50 (unlimited bookings, renews every 30 days)

Free parking available on-site. Please be aware I am located on a residential estate, please have respect for my neighbours and please be aware that parking is limited. Any issues please contact me.
π Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Please cancel at least 8 hours before your class to avoid losing your session.
Cancellations can be made via your Bookwhen account.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being deducted from your pass.

Towel
Comfortable workout clothes
Boxing gloves (for boxing classes β limited spares available)
No equipment required unless specified in the class description.
