Customers may cancel their booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled visit. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, tickets can be transferred to another available date if requested more than 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
