This class develops your movement abilities with respect to strength, endurance and flexibility.
A progressive standing and floor based class which incorporates flowing movement patterns with elements of Pilates, Feldenkrais and Somatic movements.
All you will need is a bucket of enthusiasm, an open mind, a bottle of water, a small towel, a mat and any props, blocks, cushions and blankets to make your movement experience as comfortable as is possible.
