From there you have two options. I will save your exclusive spot on the mat for that class ongoing. Please drop me a message on 07341289906 if you can't make a class.

Or if you'd like to alternate between the 6pm Tuesday Posture Class and the 1:30pm Gentle Movers class, or perhaps do both one week and neither the next if you're away, then you can book your FREE Members Tickets as you go to suit your diary. More class will be added soon.

Attend unlimited small group classes & enjoy a 45 minute One to One session per month in the comfort of your own home or at my home studio. Make the most of a dedicated programme tailored exclusively for you around your motivations to exercise. You can target certain areas to really take your results and development to the next level, practice the more advanced moves, focus on deep core activation, breath work and a gentle flow to bring balance, the choice is yours. You can request whatever movement you and your body need.
