Refund policy
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the refund & cancellation policy.
If you can no longer attend a class you’re booked in for, please let me know ASAP so I can offer your space to someone else.
For drop-in bookings:
- If you cancel your drop-in booking with more than 8 hours’ notice, I’m happy to offer you a full refund. On BookWhen, you’ll be able to cancel and request a refund or transfer your ticket to another class. Alternatively, please contact me so I can sort this for you. A ticket can only be transferred 1 time.
- If you cancel your drop-in booking less than 8 hours before the class is due to start, I am unable to offer you a refund or transfer.
For class passes:
- The purchase of a class pass is non-refundable.
- After purchasing your class pass, you must use all credits within the time period specified, or you forfeit any remaining credits. Leftover credits at the end of the time period cannot be transferred.
- If you can no longer attend a class (which you have booked using a class pass credit), you must give 8 hours of notice to transfer or refund your credit. On BookWhen, you’ll be able to refund your credit or transfer it to another class yourself, or please contact me so I can sort this for you. A ticket/credit can only be transferred 1 time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 8 hours before the class is due to start, you will not be able to transfer or reuse your credit.
For private class bookings (one-off and blocks):
- One-off bookings and block bookings are non-refundable, but I am happy to rearrange where ample notice is provided. There is no restriction on when block bookings must be used by.
- If you need to rearrange your private class, please let me know ASAP. Extra charges may apply to cover venue/travel costs.
