Refund policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your course or event booking at any time through the booking system and by also letting us know of the cancellation by email or phone. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation.
If you cancel 14 days or more prior the start of the course then you will receive a refund, less up to 20% to cover our administrational costs/materials already purchased. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course then no refund will be given unless we are able to fill your space.
However, under exceptional circumstances, we can offer a full refund at any point up until the course begins please speak with a member of the Little Leopards Team.
You may cancel your one off session at any time up until 30 minutes prior to the session through our booking system and also by letting us know of the cancellation by email or phone. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation.
If you cancel 24 hours or more prior the session then you will receive a refund/transfer to an alternative session less up to 20% to cover our administrational costs/materials already purchased dependant upon the session. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session then no refund will be given unless we are able to fill your space.
As these sessions are often full we ask that you cancel your space on the system if you are unable to attend to allow someone on our waiting list to attend in your place.
