Join us for our Little Chirps Music and Sensory Classes for babies and toddlers - our focus encourages babies’ natural curiosity as they explore the world around them. We introduce songs and developmentally appropriate instruments to help foster an early love of music!
We have 3 Classes :
0-6 months
6-12 months
12-24 months
Little Chirps is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of the half term/term. We regret that we are not always able to offer an alternative for missed sessions.
In the instance that a class venue cannot be used in the short term (due to e.g. refurbishment), we will endeavour, where possible, to re-schedule your session. In this instance Little Chirps is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. In the event of us having to cancel a session we will issue a credit against your next terms fees, credit your card or bank account (depending on initial facility of payment) or issue you a cheque within 5 working days of the end of term. It is a Little Chirps policy that you should never have to chase a refund. If a credit is applied on a card transaction, normal banking procedures are for that credit to appear in your account after 3 working days.
When a class venue is not available on a longer term basis (in excess of one week), on public health or other grounds outside of our control, then we cannot be responsible for providing any further sessions during that time at that venue. If this occurs and in the event that it is not possible to reschedule the classes, we will use best endeavours to either refund the unused balance of your terms fees or credit them against the next term.
Adverse Weather
Little Chirps is under no obligation to refund sessions that may be missed by local adverse weather when the venue and environs are safe and accessible and the session goes ahead. We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunding or rescheduling of sessions in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled session. An online lesson option may be offered in the event that weather prevents the Class leader or all of the participants from attending. This would be seen as an alternative option and when offered no refund is due.
