Refund policy

What happens if we cannot perform the Services?

If, for any reason, we cannot provide the services at the session you have booked, you may choose either to attend another session (of the same value), or alternatively you can cancel the contract (in which case we will provide you with a full refund).

What happens if you cannot attend the session you have booked?

All bookings are non-refundable (other than in the circumstances described above). Therefore, if you are unable to attend the session you have booked for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

However, provided that you do so no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the relevant session, you can transfer your booking (via the booking system) to an alternative future session, provided that such future session is live and available for booking on the booking system. You may only transfer your ticket once to a future event.

If you do choose to cancel rather than transfer your ticket, and this is twenty-four (24) hours before the relevant session, we will create a 'discount code' for you to use towards a future event. This code will be valued at the original ticket price value (after any discounts previously used), and valid for a maximum of six (6) months, after which the code will expire and cannot be used. Discount codes issued cannot be transferred between Little City branches.

The provisions of Part 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (concerning your right to cancel) do not apply to the contract between us, on the basis that the contract falls within the exemption set out in section 28(1)(h) of those Regulations (services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance).
