Booking Sessions

GENERAL INFORMATION:
All our sessions are 90 minutes, we ask for you not to arrive early for your session as our staff may still be setting up the play space, ready for your arrival. 10 minutes before the end of your session, there will be an announcement that your session is coming to an end and to encourage your little ones to help tidy up.

Food and drink - The consumption of outside food and drink is prohibited unless in the instance that your child has an allergy we cannot cater for. Please do not take any food or drink into the play areas, all food and drink is to be consumed in the café area.

Feel free to take photos of your child playing however please be mindful of any other children around you. Should you see any behaviour that worries you, please report it to a member of staff. We'd love and appreciate any social media tags of you and your children playing!

Little Ferns Play Café is designed for children aged 6 and under. We have a soft matted baby area for your little ones until they are ready to explore the wide role play areas. Children remain the responsibility of their parents or care giver at all times.

If you, or a family member, are showing any signs of illness such as Chicken Pox or Hand, Foot and mouth, for example, we ask you politely not to attend our session.

Please note, all bookings are subject to a £0.50 booking fee per total booking not per ticket.

Cancellations before 48 hours can be transferred to a future date. No refunds are available on any session booked.

Refund policy

What happens if we cannot perform the services?

If, for any reason, we cannot provide the services at the session you have booked, you may choose either to attend another session (free of charge), or alternatively you can cancel the booking (in which case we will provide you with a full refund).

What happens if you cannot attend the session you have booked?

All bookings are non-refundable (other than in the circumstances described above). Therefore, if you are unable to attend the session you have booked for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, provided that you do so no later than 48 hours before the relevant session, you can transfer your booking (via the booking system) to an alternative future session, provided that such future session is live and available for booking on the booking system. You may only transfer your ticket once to a future event.

If you do choose to cancel rather than transfer your ticket, and this is 48 hours before the relevant session, we will create a 'discount code' for you to use towards a future session. This code will be valued at the original ticket price value (after any discounts previously used), and valid for a maximum of six (6) months, after which the code will expire and cannot be used. Discount codes issued cannot be transferred between attendees.
