If you or your child are unable to attend a booking, you may reschedule the booking up to the day before the class (i.e. up to midnight on the previous day). This may be done through the "View Booking" button in your confirmation email, or by contacting Little Mess Makers at email@example.com. If we're unable to reschedule the booking, using all reasonable endeavours, you agree that the fees relevant to the booking will be forfeited by you.
If we're required to cancel or reschedule a booking, for any reason, we will use our best endeavours to give you as much notice as possible. If we're unable to reschedule a booking, we will advise you and all amounts paid by you (including the fees) will be refunded to you.
