Refund policy
Our goal is to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our customers. If you need to cancel your booking, please review the following guidelines:
Full Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking is made at least 7 days before the start date of the experience.
Partial Refunds: For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start date, a partial refund may be issued. The exact amount will depend on the specific terms of the service or event booked.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.
Special Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact our customer service team for assistance if you encounter any unique circumstances that may affect your ability to attend the booked event or service.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
If the event holder cancels the event, payment made will be transferred to next booking. Refunds will not be issued unless exceptional circumstances.
