Little Nest Events is a stay & play experience for 1 - 7 year olds with their parent / caregiver. Designed to nurture creativity, encourage exploration of natural materials and promote the enchantment of play. The session will invite little ones with their parent/ caregiver to slow down and connect through play. Spending the morning inspired by the season, discovering thoughtfully curated activities using nature. Keeping little hands busy with seasonal crafts, imaginative play invitations, and hands-on experiences that spark curiosity. Take home your handmade crafts and continue your seasonal play.
We will be in the lounge rooms in Ashton Court Mansion. Please park in the public car park. Head towards the cafe, walk to the left of the cafe to the first door way. Please be aware there are a few stone stairs to get into the building. We are in the rooms to the left. Toilets are straight ahead, sorry no baby changing at this time..
Please wait to enter the light filled lounges at the start time to allow me (Rebecca) to make sure everything is set up and ready.
Please eat any snacks & drinks during the event, away from my activities and take your rubbish home. Beware that other little one's may have allergies, no nuts please
The event is a stay & play so please stay with your little one, they are under your supervision during the event.
The event is free flow, child led with open invitations to play, engage and craft. Some activities will need big hands to help.
All my activities, play & crafts are inspired by the season. Contain as much natural, homemade & recycled materials as possible.
You will find no chemicals or plastics. My paint, glue, play dough & potion making all use cupboard ingredients & nature and are made by myself.
I will take photos during the event but never of little one's faces. Please let me know if you do not wish your child to be photographed. Either at bookings, via email, fb message or on the day.
I will be present during the stay & play so if you need anything or have questions please do find me. I'm Rebecca and always in an apron on the day. I am a part time, childminding assistant and have up to date first aid, safe-guarding and DBS along with a degree in drawing & applied arts.
Please let me know if you are bringing an additional younger sibling just so I can make sure there is room in the space for prams etc.
Nearing the finishing time I will start to pack away some of the activities that are coming to an end.
