Refunds for change of mind or illness will not be given due to costs associated with each session. If you are no longer able to attend please provide written notification to Rebecca via email or social media at least 24 hours before the session, otherwise you forfeit your ability to reschedule your session. I understand that life happens and little ones fall unwell without warning so Little Nest Events will be happy for you to transfer your booking to a friend or reschedule to a convenient session with 24 hours notice.
Little Nest Events can cancel a session due to our own illness, injury or unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, abnormal weather, emergencies, road closures, floods, government restrictions, and you will be notified promptly and offered appropriate options such as reschedule or refund.
