🎅🏼🎄🎨 Little Twigs Creative Christmas Special 🎨🎄🎅🏼
Join us for a very special Little Twigs session, with all the usual woodland play and nature-inspired activities, plus the chance to create beautiful Christmas keepsakes to take home or gift to friends and family.
🎨 Christmas bauble decorating
Local artist Elizabeth Sorosina will be joining us with paints, pens and everything you need to decorate your own ceramic Christmas baubles.
No experience or creative skills needed — just a chance for you and your little one to have fun creating something special together. You could add your child's handprint, use their favourite colours, or simply let your imagination take you!
Included in your booking
2 ceramic baubles
2 gift boxes
All the materials you’ll need
Guidance from Liz, as much or as little as you’d like
The option to purchase additional baubles
Liz will be set up at one of the activity stations, so you can explore the woodland and enjoy the session as usual, getting creative whenever you're ready.
🌿 Little Twigs Outdoor Stay & Play
A relaxed woodland play session for babies and children aged 6 and under, with nature-inspired, child-led free-flow play to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and development. Children can explore and play at their own pace.
🎶 Songs around the log circle
We finish with songs around the log circle and, when conditions allow, a small campfire 🔥.
☕ A warm welcome for grown-ups
Little Twigs is just as much for grown-ups as it is for children. Enjoy a hot or cold drink and a chat with other families while spending time outdoors amongst the birds and trees.
✨ Twins and triplets
Pay for one child. Please indicate this when booking and include the names of all children so I can account for session numbers.
We look forward to sharing some festive woodland fun with you! 💚
🌿 Little Twigs Christmas Special – Important Information
📍 Location
We meet in the woodland behind St Mary's Church, Nanpantan. Just follow the Little Twigs bunting!
🚗 Parking
Parking is available at the church, but spaces are limited. Please arrive in one car per booking where possible. It's fine to block cars in—we can always move vehicles if needed.
⏰ Arrival
Please park in the main car park and follow the signs and bunting to our woodland base, just a short walk away. To allow time for setup, please don't arrive before the session starts. Arriving later or leaving early is absolutely fine.
🚻 Facilities
There is a toilet available on site and we have a changing table.
👕 Clothing
Please dress both yourself and your child for the weather. We're outdoors with limited shelter, and activities may involve mud, paint or water. Waterproofs and spare clothes are always recommended.
Some of the paints used to decorate your Christmas baubles are not washable, so please bear this in mind when choosing what to wear!
🌦 Weather updates
If a session needs to be cancelled due to weather, I'll contact you using the mobile number provided when booking. Please check your messages before setting off. Cancellations can be due to high wind gusts even on a dry day.
👨👩👧 Supervision
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times, including in the car park and woodland.
🩺 Medical information
Please let me know about any allergies, medical needs or additional requirements before your session, particularly if your child has a serious allergy.
📅 Cancellations
Bookings can be transferred to another date up until 8:00am on the morning of your session. Please let me know by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
As a small business, refunds aren't available for missed sessions. If you can't attend, you're welcome to give your place to a friend—just let me know their name and emergency contact details.
🔥 Campfire safety
Campfires are dependent on the weather and risk assessment and will not go ahead if conditions make them unsafe. Children must be closely supervised around the fire and follow the campfire safety rules.
🚸 Mixed age group
Sessions are for babies and children up to age six. Babies have their own cosy play space, which older children are welcome to explore carefully. Some activities may include small parts, such as conkers, that could pose a hazard to babies. Please supervise your child accordingly.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
