Booking and cancellation policy
All bookings and payments should be made through our online platform Bookwhen.
All activities must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
In order for a refund, cancelling a booking must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the booked activity, unless there is a valid reason. This is in order to give us a chance to fill that slot.
Cancelling just before the booked activity or failure to attend may result in members being prohibited from making advance bookings in future.
In the event that we cancel a session that you have booked
Members who book and pay online will be entitled to a refund or transfer their ticket to another date if Live! withdraws the activity. The payment will be refunded direct to the credit or debit card that was used at the time of payment.
Customers who have booked and paid at Live! will be offered the choice between a refund or being transferred to an activity at an alternative date and time. The payment will be refunded to which method it was originally made.
