With over 20 years of experience, I offer a holistic approach to wellbeing through yoga, Pilates, and Qi Gong, alongside massage therapy, Reiki, acupressure, and sound healing. I am a fully qualified instructor and therapist, and my work continues to evolve through personal practice, study, and self-inquiry.
My classes are gentle, awareness-based, and suitable for all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced, you are welcome to join and move at your own pace in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
I focus on helping you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and improve overall wellbeing through mindful movement, breath, and relaxation. My approach is influenced by a spiritual perspective, encouraging balance, inner awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
I also integrate elements of sound healing, creating space for deep rest and restoration.
My intention is simple: to support you in feeling better, moving with ease, and finding more balance in your everyday life.
