Friendly community classes for 'EVERY-BODY'
My classes are designed with older active adults, beginners or returners to exercise in mind. 'Every-Body' is welcome no matter what your age shape, size or fitness level.
SENIOR FIT classes are designed for over 60's. Fun & friendly low impact exercise to keep you fit, strong, healthy and flexible helping to make life easier.
I have a relaxed teaching style and just want you to feel comfortable, have fun and enjoy your classes.
I currently offer:
🔷️LEGS, BUMS & TUMS🔷️ on Tuesday EVENINGS £6 per week or £25 for 5 weeks
🔶PILATES🔶 on Monday and Wednesday EVENINGS £8 per week or £35 for 5 weeks
🟣SENIOR FIT🟣 Movement to music on Monday & Wednesday MORNINGS 10-12 (coffee and chat after class)
🟣SENIOR FIT🟣 Pilates and Stretch on Friday AFTERNOONS 2-3pm
£6 per session or £20 for 4 classes - you can choose any day as long as they are consecutive to get the discount.
