Louise is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Mobility Specialist (FRCms), Counsellor, and current owner of Douglas Yoga Centre in Cork, Ireland.

She provides a range of classes suitable for all ages and abilities including Functional Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and 1:1 sessions for Stress and Anxiety.
