Join Louise, an experienced and caring yoga teacher on the soft sand of Derrynane for a gentle yoga class. Overlooking the stunning blue waters of the bay you'll ease your body and mind to birdsong and gently lapping waves.
Parking is at Derrynane House - allow 10 minutes to walk over to the beach. The slipway down to the sand where the class takes places is directly opposite the front of Derrynane House.
Come prepared - mat or towel, water, sunscreen, blanket and extra layers (unless it's very warm), swimming gear if you'd like to join us for a swim afterwards.
Unless the forecast is a downpour, we will be going ahead with the class! It's incredibly peaceful when the weather is not so good, so wrap up warm and prepare for a wonderful experience, whatever the weather.
