4 weeks of gentle yoga for those who want to see what all the fuss is about. Numbers are limited so everyone gets the attention they need.
Maybe you've already tried yoga but you struggled to follow along, or it was a long time ago. You've heard about all the benefits of yoga but what you see on the Internet looks impossible!
In Louise's classes expect straightforward explanations, gentle humour & plenty of time to get up from the floor - sitting in a chair is also allowed :)
We will:
*stretch stiff muscles & reduce your pain
*improve your balance & reduce your chance of falling
*learn to relax & reduce your stress & anxiety
It takes regular practice to see improvements so I'm only taking people who are willing to commit to the 4 weeks of classes. If you miss a class, you have the option to join my online class or attend another class in Ballinskelligs or Caherdaniel that week.
Mats, blocks & blankets are available in the studio but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring your water bottle.
We do yoga in bare feet or socks, taking off our shoes and leaving them in the waiting area. There are benches to support you & plenty of space to leave them with your coats & bags.
