You will be able to join a live class three weeks in every month, with the opportunity to have a chat with me and ask me any questions after each class. There's a lovely sense of community about the classes and people join from all around the country, overseas too.

But don't worry if you miss a class, you'll get the recording to do in your own time and I'm always an email away if you have any questions. The recordings are available for the whole month and you'll have a chance to catch up in the fourth week, or repeat your favourite!

By the last week of every month, you'll also be sent a short practice video to do at home that relates to the theme of the month. We'll be starting in September with "Back to Basics - breath, awareness & a calm(er!) mind". This is a chance to get back into, or start your yoga journey with a teacher who cares about your progress and makes you feel welcome and at ease.

Uniquely for online classes, you'll also get the opportunity for some 1:1 time with me. A 40 minute session is available for you to book at your own convenience every term (3 months). You can ask me to explain anything yoga related, give you a short practice to do on your own, or even just have a bonus relaxation session :)

The famous Rosie dog regularly makes an appearance to shower pure cuteness on proceedings and your pets are very welcome too. My students tell me they really love not having to go anywhere for their yoga, especially as the nights draw in and the weather turns. Some of them regularly practice in their pyjamas.
