A fun, playful yoga class exploring hatha yoga postures via flow/sequencing to help build strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance and general wellbeing.
We also explore the breath, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help manage and cope with anxiety and stress, helping to build resilience and a positive approach in challenging times.
