Our women's circles offer a nourishing space for us to come together and invite a restorative practice of self care into our lives. Through radical rest, discussion, gentle movement, breath awareness and guided meditation, we can reclaim our own personal power and lean into a genuine connection with our own embodied wisdom.
There will be a warm drink and homemade treats provided. Please let us know in advance of any allergies.
Each circle has a different theme that will be announced nearer the time...
Please bring a journal, a pen, a mug and we will provide chai and herbal tea.
We will mostly be sitting, inviting you to lie down for a yoga nidra (guided relaxation) at the end, so please bring whatever you would like to make yourself warm and comfortable (e.g. a yoga mat, blankets, cushions etc). There are also chairs available at the venue if more comfortable for you.
This is an invitation to a safe space.
We practice active listening, respect and non-judgment.
From our own experiences, we understand that these spaces can feel both appealing and somewhat out of our comfort zones. It is an important part of our intention to make this space as accessible and welcoming as possible.
So please do contact us if you have any questions about what to expect.
No previous knowledge or experience is needed to join us. We are so looking forward to learning with and from you all as well as offering what we have learnt.
