A mixed level yoga class, suitable for all, beginner's welcome.
We will work to improve strength, flexibility, coordination & balance whilst building awareness of the breath with mindful flow to help restore balance and calm the mind.
We will also look at our unhelpful habitual breath patterns, and explore techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress levels.

Purchasing a course ticket is cheaper and guarantees access to the class. If you miss a class within the term dates you are welcome to attend my Tuesday evening class to make up for it (please advise me beforehand - subject to availability).
