This fun family yoga class is aimed at primary school aged children but all the family are welcome to join in!
A combination of simple yoga postures, games, partner & group work ending with a calming relaxation to set you up for your weekend ahead.
Please bring:-
1-2 yoga mats per family (I have a few spares)
a large blanket for snuggling underneath during relaxation
a cuddly for your child if they would like one
a drink of water / snack for afterwards!
