70min Hatha Flow yoga class
Exploring mindful yoga sequences to challenge and build strength & awareness, improve balance, flexibility and coordination.
Each class will incorporate some pranayama (breath work) techniques and meditation to help support the parasympathetic nervous system and calm the mind.
We will end with a deep relaxation (savasana), to prepare the body & mind for restful sleep.
**Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury (unless student is confident and competent at choosing suitable modifications to certain postures).
I have a some props available but please bring your own if you have them:-
A yoga mat
Any other favourite yoga props you wish to use
A blanket / warm layers for relaxation
Water bottle

This ticket is for new students only (i.e. those who have not attended a yoga class with me in the past) - I encourage people to try out my class before committing to the block as there are so many styles of yoga and teachers vary in their intentions and specialisms. This ticket may only be booked once. Thank you.

This ticket guarantees access to the class during the date period. If you miss a class you can make it up free of charge on a Saturday or Thursday.

A limited number of drop in tickets are available two days prior to the class date - subject to availability. Drop in tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
