Love&Be Yoga
Hey my name is Hannah and I am the lady behind love&be yoga.
I am a qualified 300 hr level 4 yoga teacher and did my training with the British Wheel of Yoga. I absolutely love what I do and am very passionate about holding space.
My style of teaching is slow paced and very restorative. I am also a mum of 3 boys so know how busy life can get which is why I know the importance of creating a beautiful calming space where students can come from there manic day and restore and release what is no longer serving them.
In all of my classes we will always begin with a little breath work and end in a relaxed shavasana.
