Piano/Poetry Sound Bath with Stephen Heffernan & Lucia Guerin
We are delighted to be sharing piano and poetry together in a peaceful space for healing, breathing and general wellbeing.
This will be a little bit different than a tradition sound bath. It will be a collaboration of piano improvising and a poetry dive. Stephen on piano and Lucia speaking poetry from the mystics and wisdom poets.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blankets for you to lie on and relax for the evening!
