Reiki Level 1

Begin the journey of energy healing with Golden Tera Mai(tm) Reiki!

Golden Tera Mai Reiki is a complete, gentle and profound method of energy healing open to all who feel called to develop their sensitivity and experience of the source energy and the healing energy of the earth.
Level 1 grounds a steady foundation for you to learn about healing, the energy body (the chakra system etc) and building your resilience and awareness. You will be attuned to the first degree of reiki, the earth healing energy, which allows you to practice gentle healing on yourself, your family, friends, home and the animals and plants in your care. If you feel called, Reiki level 1 is the first step on a continuing journey towards practicing Reiki professionally.

What's included:
2 days of training. A training manual with notes. All materials. Lunch for the two day sessions. A follow up session with me. Whatsapp support group for 28 days after.

Prerequisite:
No previous experience or training is required but you must either;
Have come for minimum 1 reiki session from me before the training,
or
Be referred my another reiki practitioner who has worked with you known to me.

What is Golden Tera Mai Reiki?
Golden Tera Mai reiki is a channel through which a practitioner can ground and direct the universal healing energy. You may have previously heard of Tera Mai reiki, which was channelled and developed by Kathleen Milner. Kathleen herself has now added to and corrected areas that were lost in translation or altered when Tera Mai reiki was shared globally and now offers Golden Tera Mai Reiki as a more complete and pure healing modality of reiki.

FAQ

I already know I want to pursue reiki as a practitioner, will you be offering Level 2 & 3?
Yes! I intend to run level 2 in the spring and level 3 next Autumn. If my schedule does not suit you, you are welcome to start with me and I will refer you to another trusted Golden Tera Mai teacher offering alternative dates to continue L2 & L3.

I previously did reiki elsewhere, can I join L2 and skip this?
No. Unless you previously completed Golden Tera Mai L1 elsewhere and can produce your certificate to confirm the dates and who carried it out. The various styles of reiki are not interchangeable.

I don't want to practice reiki but I would love to learn more about it, can I come along?
Yes! Absolutely, this weekend is open to all. Level 1 takes you on a journey that you decide how far it takes you!
