Macha Yoga Studio are delighted to invite you to our first workshop of the New Year - on Sunday 30th of January, to celebrate Brigid :)
Brigid was originally a goddess so established in the traditions of the Irish people that she was made a saint when Christianity arrived. St. Brigid’s day overlaps with the Imbolg celebrations - welcoming the beginning of Spring and embodying the fire, fertility, resilience and hope that Brigid represents.
Join us for a special outdoor cacao and fire ceremony with Alice, learn to make a Brigid’s cross at the crafting session with Copper and Fern events and take some time to breathe, move and rest at a yoga class and guided relaxation infused with the themes of the day with Aoife.
We’re already looking forward to it! This lovely day would be the ideal gift for yourself, or a friend, a wonderful way to celebrate the feminine goddess Brigid and to welcome the energy of Spring. So we're offering a discount for two tickets of €20!

The event will take place in two groups of 7 to allow for social distancing etc, please let us know if you want to be in a group with a specific person.
All bookings must be made in advance, we require 48 notice for refunds in case of cancellation, 24 hours for credit for another Macha Yoga event or class where possible.
