The RLSS Rookie Lifeguard program is designed for children aged 8-12, teaching essential water safety and lifesaving skills in a fun and engaging environment.
This is for children aged 8-12 years. This hour long taster session is free and all children can come without guardian and please wear a T-shirt and shorts that are clean and you do not mind entering the pool environment.
