Maitri – Yoga, Qigong & One-to-One Sessions

Maitri is a space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle Hatha Yoga and Qigong classes, you are invited to move mindfully, release tension and restore balance to body and mind. Classes focus on calm, flowing movement, breath awareness and relaxation, helping to support flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Alongside group classes, one-to-one sessions offer a more personalised experience tailored to your individual needs. These sessions may incorporate yoga, qigong, relaxation, sound and energy work to support deep rest, stress relief and inner balance.

Whether you are joining a class or choosing a one-to-one session, Maitri offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can take time to care for yourself.

Classes involve standing and seated floor work, so participants must be able to stand and sit comfortably on the floor.
