Welcome to my booking page. if you cannot see a course that works for you, please reach out to see if we can work together at a time that suits. Cancellation & Refunds

At Makaton Training with Hazel, we understand that plans can change. However, as a small independent business, we generally cannot offer refunds once a booking is made. Course spaces, resources and venues are arranged in advance, and last‑minute cancellations usually cannot be resold.

Transfers to future courses are not guaranteed and may reduce available income. Group bookings are also non‑refundable, as preferred dates fill quickly.

If you have concerns, please discuss terms at the time of booking. We will always try to work with you ethically, but solutions may not be possible at very short notice.
