Welcome to Mama Marshall’s Kitchen Academy — a fun, hands-on cooking experience where children can learn new skills, build confidence and create delicious recipes in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Our sessions are designed to encourage independence, creativity and a love of cooking. Children will take the lead in the kitchen, with support from our instructors when needed. Whether they crack 20 eggs and only a few make it into the bowl, or their decoration isn’t quite perfect — it’s all part of the learning process! We celebrate effort, confidence and having fun.

Parent/Carer Information:

Parents and carers are welcome to stay nearby if their child requires extra support. We encourage children to take ownership of their cooking experience wherever possible, while ensuring they feel safe and supported.

Before attending:

Please let us know about any allergies, dietary requirements or additional needs when booking so we can make the session as enjoyable and safe as possible for your child.

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for cooking. Long hair should be tied back and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings for Mama Marshall’s Kitchen Academy are non-refundable.

Once a place has been booked and payment has been made, your child’s place is reserved specifically for them. This means we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, illness, holidays, change of plans or any other reason.

Please check the session date, time and age group carefully before completing your booking.

Missed Sessions

If your child is unable to attend a session for any reason, the session cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.

Changes to Bookings

We are unable to transfer bookings between sessions unless agreed by Mama Marshall’s Kitchen Academy in advance and where an alternative place is available.

Session Cancellation by Mama Marshall’s Kitchen Academy

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, parents/carers will be contacted and an appropriate alternative arrangement will be offered.
