Prenatal Course with Rachel Webb
Rachel is a pregnancy & mindfulness teacher and has blended movement, meditation & breathwork for this 5 week pregnancy course.
Rachel will be using yoga, mindfulness techniques, visualisation, affirmations and a good scoop of active birth preparation to support you along your pregnancy journey, getting ready for birth & beyond.
What to expect each week
Week one: grounding. Focusing on the hips & pelvis, a grounding flow with meditative practice to calm down the nervous system and build a sense of self and safety.
Week two: womb. A yoga flow that combines intuitive movement & pelvic floor strengthening, along with connecting with your yoni space and feminine energy.
Week three: power. A rejuvenating flow to build strength in the body and connect to your inner goddess.
Week four: love. A balancing flow with a self-acceptance practice and loving kindness meditation.
Week five: release. A flow to bring the energy up through the body, let go, and feel the power within. Ending with a yoga nidra for deep rest and release.
