You can change or cancel class bookings up to 1 hour in advance of the class starting. Late cancellations made within 60 minutes of the class start time will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.
Events can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Events can be transferred to another event up to 12 hours in advance.
