Join Holly Sutcliffe for a 2 hour exploration of embodying joy to celebrate who you are.
Through meditation, embodiment, yoga, free movement and deep rest this workshop will support you to feel joy in your body and empower you to move through the practices on offer in your own way. Think flowing yoga meets dance party vibes followed by a big lie-down with plenty of space for your own expression throughout the workshop.
This is not an exercise class, it's a joyful celebration (although, expect to sweat)!
Holly is a neurodivergent advocate, educator, yoga teacher and somatic therapist who is a parent/carer to their daughter, they live in Margate.
Suitable for all levels and bodies, although some movement or yoga experience is recommended.
