Hi, I’m Marina and my passion in life is helping people feel good about themselves!!

I’ve always done some form of fitness in my life but discovered Pilates 5 years ago when my Osteopath recommended this form of exercise as a way to help strengthen my C.O.R.E, improve my posture and, little did I know it at the time but find my purpose too!

Very quickly, simply practicing in classes at a studio wasn’t enough for me so I studied and trained with * STOTT PILATES®   and well, the rest is history!

I LOVE teaching Pilates, connecting with people and helping them achieve a sense of wellbeing in their lives.

Allow me the pleasure of introducing you to Pilates, sharing my love, passion and experience with you.  If you let it, Pilates can change your life by giving you a stronger sense of self in mind, body and spirit.
