CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Up to 48 hours before the beginning of an event:

• Cancellations can be made by the customer directly from the Bookwhen portal. Refund requests initiated by the customer before the 48 hours window will be paid back minus the Bookwhen booking fee which MRC has already been charged for. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process through our payment partner STRIPE.
• Have you considered a transfer? Attendees can transfer a ticket free of charge to another MRC event within 48 hours prior to start time. The transfer must be made by the customer directly from the Bookwhen portal.

Within 48 hours of a scheduled event:

• To request a cancellation after the 48 hour window has closed, please email marketing@mrc.uk.net and we will do our best to offer your ticket to another recipient. If we do manage to fill the space, you will receive a full refund paid minus the Bookwhen booking fee that MRC has already been charged. Unfortunately, resources are purchased and allocated to each attendee prior to your attendance so cancellations during this period does affect MRC negatively.
• Customers may request a manual transfer within this period to be authorized by emailing marketing@mrc.uk.net with full name, booking reference and date wishing to transfer to.

We will always do our best to help & accommodate customer requests but please contact us as early as possible!

In the unlikely event that MRC has to cancel a scheduled event for example due instructor illness, we will firstly aim to offer you a transfer to our rescheduled date. If that date is unsuitable, you will receive a full refund. Refunds take 5-10 days to process through our payment partner STRIPE.
