REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PAYG classes
If a class is cancelled with less than 2 hours notice we do not offer refunds or transfers under any circumstances.
If a class is cancelled with 2 hours or more notice then you will have the option to transfer your class to another date within 4 weeks of the cancelled class. Please click on your booking and select the transfer button to do this.
PASSES, DEALS AND FLASH SALES
Any class, pass or deal that is purchased is non refundable.
It is also non transferable OUTSIDE of it’s set date.
This is to reflect the discount that you have been given. Please do not buy deals, passes or anything that is discounted if you are unsure that you can take the classes within the allotted time - please use the higher priced PAYG instead.
